Wake up a two-minute walk from the Hollywood Broadwalk. A bright 365 sq ft studio with a king bed, blackout shades, fast Wi-Fi, and a real desk. Rooftop pool, gym, and two beach chairs included. Please note: Costa Hollywood is a condo-resort. The building charges a $45.20/night resort fee, a one-time $56.50 registration fee, and a $100 refundable hold at check-in. These go to building management, not to us. Full details below — no surprises at the door.
A 365 sq ft studio in the Costa Hollywood Beach Resort, one block off the sand.
- King bed with blackout shades
- Dedicated desk and chair — a real workspace, not a nightstand
- Smart TV with streaming
- Central A/C with individual thermostat
- In-unit safe
- Private bathroom with walk-in shower (no tub)
- Closet and luggage space for two
THE KITCHENETTE — please read this before booking:
This studio has a kitchenette, not a kitchen. You get a microwave, a coffee maker, a small refrigerator, and dishware.
There is no stove, no cooktop, and no oven. You can reheat, brew, and keep things cold — you cannot cook a meal here.
We say this plainly because it's the one thing that surprises guests. If you need to cook, we manage larger units in the same building with full kitchens — just ask and we'll find you one.
Sleeps 2. There is no sofa bed, and the building caps occupancy at 2 guests.
You're on the beach block. The Hollywood Broadwalk — a 2.5-mile oceanfront promenade, no cars, just walkers, joggers, and cruiser bikes — is a two-minute walk from the lobby.
Coffee and breakfast:
- Elaleph Coffee Haus — on the ground floor of your own building. Dulce de leche latte, Argentinian pastries.
- CAFE CLUB — a few blocks north on Johnson St. One of the best breakfasts on the beach.
- CasaDonna — small patio café on Arizona St, excellent Vietnamese coffee.
Dinner, all within a short walk:
- 7 Tables On The Beach — Peruvian, right on the sand. Ceviche.
- Why Not? — Italian and sushi on the Broadwalk, consistently the highest-rated spot on the strip.
- Ocean Grill & Bar — casual, beachfront, open from breakfast through dinner.
- GG's Waterfront — Intracoastal-side seafood and steaks, a few minutes west.
- Le Tub — the famous burger. Waterfront, quirky, expect a wait.
- Sunset Club — the rooftop restaurant in your own building. Go for sunset.
Groceries: Ocean Grocer on N Ocean Dr for essentials. Publix at Hollywood Beach for a real shop.
Getting around:
- Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International (FLL) — about 15 minutes
- Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino — about 20 minutes
- Las Olas Boulevard, Fort Lauderdale — about 25 minutes
- Miami Beach — about 45 minutes
The Broadwalk is flat and walkable end to end, and you get a free hour on the building's bikes. A car is genuinely optional here.
