Property may include a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. There is no electronic video or audio surveillance monitoring on the interior of the unit. Please be aware that any sound that crosses a property line at an unreasonable loud volume is unlawful within the city; as per the City Noise Ordinance, Chapter 100 of the Hollywood Code of Ordinance.

Please note the following important points:
Leaving garbage outside the unit, in the hallways, or on the trash chute floor is strictly prohibited and considered a violation. Such infractions are subject to fines.
Large items that do not fit inside the trash chute—such as large cardboxes, furniture, rugs, and construction materials—must be disposed of off property. These items are not permitted in or around the trash disposal areas.
Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo.

Resort Fee: A mandatory resort fee of $40 per night is required. This fee covers access to all resort amenities for all guests. The fee is reduced for longer stays.
Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit is required at check-in.
Safety: For your security, this property is equipped with noise monitoring devices in the common areas. There are absolutely no cameras or recording devices inside the unit to ensure your privacy.
Long-Term Stays: We welcome long-term stays of 28 days or more. Please contact us for special rates.
